You cannot tell from looking at this photo, but it was photographed on a cold April day in 45 degree weather. Not very glamorous.
Photographed at a soccer field, the photographer positioned a stand-in while the model waited in a heated car nearby.
The three guys behind the female stand-in are roommates of the male model. They are wearing graduation gowns and caps to simulate a crowded college graduation scene.
To keep the amount of time the model would spend in the cold, the photographer set up the equipment using a stand-in, who stood where the model would later stand.
Not only was it cold outside, but windy too. Whoops.
Then it came time for model named Sammy to pose.
[photog says "alright let's go."]
and here comes a very nude Sammy who had been waited in the warm car. His roommates laughed at him.
Now remember, that is 45 degree weather. Who says being a male model is glamorous? Sammy's roommates are wearing heavy clothing hidden under their graduation gowns but Sammy is naked.
Sammy took a light reading to measure the sun.
Sammy tried different poses and had to act like it was warm outside or it would show in his facial expressions.
Soon after Sammy began posing, it began to lightly rain.
Using a standin allowed Sammy to only spend 11 minutes undressed in the cold. Once finished, Sammy ran to the car to get dressed and he and his roommates went for a pizza.
